New Releases Of The Month
I hope I don't speak too soon when I say that we finally made it through the winter to spring! Happy April everyone!
In addition to better weather, there are quite a few books I'm looking forward to reading this month:
Lost Roses
by Martha Hall Kelly
Historical Fiction
Release Date 4/9/2019

This is the prequel to my beloved Lilac Girls, and I am currently reading this book. I don't have the words to express how much I loved the first book, so my expectations are seriously high for this new release.
Dutch Girl: Audrey Hepburn and World War II
by Robert Matzen
Biography
Release Date 4/15/2019

I am extremely lucky to have been sent an advance copy of this book by the nice people at Smith Publicity. When they sent me the description of Dutch Girl, I jumped at the chance to review it - I am a HUGE Audrey Hepburn fan!
Greek to Me: Adventures of the Comma Queen
by Mary Norris
Nonfiction
Release Date 4/2/2019

While I don't often speak about it on this platform, I am definitely a pretty big linguistics nerd, so nothing is more appealing to me than a book about the role of Greek language set in its beautiful homeland.
Normal People
by Sally Rooney
Fiction
Release Date 4/16/2019

This book about the complexity of relationships is already getting great reviews, so I definitely want to check it out!
What other books are you looking forward to reading this spring? Tell me in the comments!
