New Releases of the Month

Even though it feels like we just celebrated Halloween, we are already done with Thanksgiving, and December is fast approaching!  Time goes by so fast this time of year, so don't miss out on these new books coming out next month!

Half of What You Hear
by Kristyn Kusek Lewis
Fiction
Release date 12/31/2018

I am super lucky to have won an ARC copy of this from Goodreads, so I am hoping to read this book in early December!  The publisher describes this as being "...perfect for fans of Liane Moriarty and Elin Hilderbrand" so I have a feeling this book is going to be great!

Watching You
by Lisa Jewell
Thriller
Release date 12/26/2018

I love a good thriller, and this book looks like it will be reminiscent of The Woman In the Window, which I read earlier this year and really enjoyed!

The Dakota Winters
by Tom Barbash
Historical Fiction
Release date 12/04/2018

Described as both "hilarious and poignant," this historical fiction takes place in the 1970's, in the time leading up to John Lennon's assassination.  I really enjoy historical fiction, but I don't think I've ever read anything set in a time this modern, so this should be a really interesting book.

The Gown:  A Novel of the Royal Wedding
by Jennifer Robson
Historical Fiction
Release date 12/31/2018

This is another book that I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of, and hopefully I will fit it in before the end of the year.  This book is a novel about the creation of Queen Elizabeth's wedding dress, which is perfect for anyone who is obsessed with the royal family, like I am.
